All online purchases must be prepaid with a MasterCard or VISA. Orders are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail to the 48 states; via surface mail to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Canada are passed through customs by a private courier and then delivered by Canada Post. Shipments to other foreign countries via surface mail unless otherwise directed.
